Still reading this awesome amount of info, trivia; interviews with the persons involved past/present/future in Id Software game company made famous for DOOM, and QUAKE video games, and specifically First Person Shooter (FPS).


Worth the reading.

The story is like one of a rock band: founding members are dismissed or leave as time goes. One stayed, supposedly having the « spirit » of the project. New ones come; and leave. Historic members don't recognize anymore the spirit.

And so on.

Not so far from Kraftwerk, for example. Or Pink Floyd. Or Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
