Yes, why not ?
I'm a big fan of the serial, it's often cheesy, but it's also trippy, calm and not "gore" .
I purchased the title track of serial from Barry GRAY. An album with a dozen tracks is available on iTunes, and one day, I'll probably buy the whole. Note that the second song is titled "The dark side of the moon" ... ;-)
At first, I didn't plan to make a remix because it seems not appropriate for it (stereo isolation, instruments alone, etc), but actually, it is possible to make something with it!
And I think that experimentation is possible (perhaps with filter) with the orchrestral sounds, because they are full, plenty, and the fill the space!
